Added Value of Data in Expert Opinion - Facilitating Settlement

 

Frequently, a client is dealing with a situation where they are involved in litigation regarding a wrongful dismissal (or bodily injury) claim and there is a significant discrepancy between the views of plaintiff and defendant on job availability and/or mitigation effort.
